This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Accountia Finance. If you have questions, contact us at support@accountiafinance.com.
If work has not started, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. If work has started, refunds may be prorated based on time spent and deliverables provided.
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once services have been provided during that period.
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback so we can address the issue.
